ADD: Suspension Ride Height

I’ve been meaning to highlight this requirement for a while, but I’ve remembered it again so I share my thoughts.

Background & Rationale:
A few months ago, some careless didi drive run into the side of my car. it wasn’t a big deal but for the way didi drivers are careless I wanted her to be responsible. she wanted to give me money and avoid having the report affect her insurance premiums, but I declined and insisted to have the insurance take care of it. We called the insurance guy to come over.
When the car was parked the Active suspensions input the cars suspension to res position so for several times the insurance guy could match the culprits car scratch mark with mine . he measured several times, until I figured out his struggle so I told him the car has Active suspension that is set to rest when I park. so we switch the cars suspension to my riding height before parking and it matched.

Solution:
I think given that the ride height is an important driving log it should be included in the drive log as additional overlay data point that can track and record the ride height and with the video at all times as immutable evidence. This way there is objective data available that can be used by insurance to judge accidents more accurately next time.
I hope it’s not too much to ask. there are three more usecase for this information but hopefully the golden case will justify its inclusion in the drive log.
